You probably had two questions when you saw “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Brandi Glanville on the Oscars red carpet. First: What the heck is she doing there? Second: What is she wearing? Well, Glanville managed to make her way on to the star-studded red carpet thanks to a “reporting” gig for an obscure website. But as for that dress, the frock wasn’t just revealing, but was pretty close to downright topless.
